Devision goes the extra mile to ensure our client and our installation team fully understand the outcome of the project and we endeavour to cover all eventualities. The below procedure indicates the process that we undertake following your approval of our solution. (Please note, this process represents a typical installation and is for guidance purposes only).

 

  • Order is signed - the client signs and confirms in writing the acceptance of our proposal(s).

 

  • Order is received - The client’s order is commercially approved by the sales team at our head office and is then entered into our sales processing system. Once entered, a technical summary is carried out by our support team.

 

  • Order Acknowledgment – This process ensures that the client’s requirements can be both technically and functionally satisfied by Devision’s solution.

 

  • Equipment Order – Where relevant, equipment is ordered

 

  • Pre-installation (larger projects only) - A meeting is held and attended by the Service Director to discuss more detailed planning and timings of the installation.

 

  • Commencement Date - The commencement date is confirmed and mutually agreed with the client.

 

  • Installation - On the agreed date, we will commence the installation of your solution. All relevant equipment and software will be delivered to the Client’s premises.

 

  • Analysis and QA - Full solution analysis and quality checking takes place following the installation. The client is then requested to oversee, check and sign-off the completion of the project.

 

  • Documentation Completion - Upon completion of the installation. Documentation including useful contact numbers is generated and sent to the client.

 

  • User Training - Training is conducted with key personnel within the client’s organisation upon completion. All installation and software configurations are warrantied for 30days after hand over / project completion.

 

  •  Primary Point of Contact - Following the completion of the installation, your details are added to our customer support database which is utilised by the Support team and help desk.
