Devision provides complete outsourced IT support and procurement services to small to medium sized organisations. Our core business is delivering technology services to our clients and providing support and maintenance.

We typically have involvement in developing and progressing a clients’ IT strategy, where we embark on a fact finding mission.

Typically, a fact finding exercise would take into consideration factors such as:

  • existing business processes
  • researching best practices
  • procurement of software and hardware
  • implementation
  • support and maintenance

Our goals are simple, to provide impartial advice to our clients, resulting in the provision of proven and resilient IT services that form sound and scalable solutions to meet clients’ short and long term objectives.

  • Working Methodology -It is important that our approach and working practices are carefully aligned to your requirements and working practices from the outset. After an initial “bedding in period” and from developing further understanding of the service levels you expect from Devision (such as turn-around and response times) we then analyse your requirements and make recommendations that we believe will benefit your business. The recommendations we make will offer a total solution and may involve technology based changes and improvements on your working processes.
  • IT procurement. We have working relationships with all major IT manufactures and/or distributors so identifying and sourcing hardware which fits neatly with legacy systems or provides an advancement on your existing systems can be done efficiently. The major suppliers we work with include:
  • Total support. We invest heavily in technology, skilled staff and partners to enable us to support our clients many IT infrastructures, we are confident we can support a raft of client scenarios.
  • Warranty management. This is an imperative after sales service that we include in all our packages, we handle all warranty issues giving you time to work on your business. We recommend a series of loan machines are made available if a machine is to fail, we would have machines at our office ready to deliver the following day pre 9am.
  • Reputation and accountability. We owe our growth and success to recommendation and creating strategic partnerships. We always advise clients of joint ventures if applicable to a project. To eliminate unnecessary links in any project cycle, we manage all projects in house and any invited 3rd parties liaise with ourselves. We endeavour to hold quarterly or half yearly reviews
