Our audit is a health check of your present IT systems and configurations. It is a detailed analysis of your existing systems which identifies any weaknesses and potential risks and make recommendation for improvement. This IT Audit can also be used for the development of your technology strategy, providing an analysis of how effective your current IT systems are suited to achieving the goals of your business - now and in the future. In order to conduct our IT Audit effectively we request clients make their network available to our experienced technical consultants. Our auditing process typically follows 3 distinct stages as outlined below:

1 – Review Meeting

One of our Senior Engineers and a member of our account managment team will meet with you to gain an in-depth understanding of your business needs and IT requirements. During the meeting we’ll ensure that we fully understand your business, aspirations and goals, and the reasoning behind your current IT set up.

2 – Carry out your Audit

Our team carry out the physical inspection of your systems and will benchmark your present IT systems against current industry best practice and possible emerging technologies that may benefit your business.

Our audit will include a summary of the following:

- Network infrastructure design, capacity and resilience

- Server configuration

- Data capacity and backup resources

- Security including Anti-virus, Firewall and Spam

- Maintenance and security procedures

3 – Review meeting & Report Presentation

On completion of the above stages we will document our findings of your current IT infrastructure audit. This will identify whether your systems are operating efficiently, safeguarding your data and ultimately achieving your business goals.

We produce a report of our findings and identify shortfalls, risks, and suggestions for improvement. At the review meeting we will present our findings in person in a clear and non-technical manner. Findings from our report can then be used as your plan for your future IT strategy.
