IT Sales Account Manager – Competitive Salary + Uncapped OTE

This is an exciting new role requiring you to seek new clients whilst nurturing an existing portfolio. It will be essential for you to maintain frequent customer contact via telephone, email and onsite reviews. You will identify all opportunities to upsell, cross sell and switch sell. This is a fabulous opportunity to build upon your sales skills and join a winning team.

IT Support Engineer – Competitive Salary

Due to expansion we are looking to recruit an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our Company.

You will be looking to develop your skills and experience towards attaining a long term career in IT support.
You must have:-

Desktop and server support experience
Excellent customer service delivery (telephonic and face-to-face)
Excellent communication skils (written and verbal)
Experience of using call logging software
Expert knowledge of Microsoft based desktop operating system with emphasis on Windows 7 / XP / Vista
Experience with using and troubleshooting Outlook and Office 2010 / 2007 / 2003 within a network environment
Good understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration
Good understanding of Apple Mac and iPad set-up and configuration
Experience in setting up mobile devices
Experience in Firewall creation of ports and tested, VPN creation and troubleshooting
Experience of Active Directory administration – users \ groups creation, edit and security
Good working knowledge of the following operating systems: - Windows Server 2008 / 2003 / 2007
Exchange server 2010 / 2003 / 2007 implementation experience
Excellent network skills
Symantec backup exec configuration and maintenance skills
Daily system checks, servers, backups and firewalls experience
Thorough documentation skills

MCITP qualification
ITILv3 Foundation
Driving license and own car
Minimum of C grades in English and Maths
